e-Foundations
The e-Foundations course designed for employees from all levels of an organization. It provides an overview of the Six Sigma methodology and how the methodology is implemented within an organization, including the different roles that make up a Six Sigma team. It covers the principles of leadership and management tools, as well as the Six Sigma analytical tool set.
The Motorola Six Sigma e-Foundations course is two to three hours in duration and was developed to provide an efficient way to deliver a base understanding of the Six Sigma methodology and concepts to individuals at all levels of an organization. Six Sigma is often implemented as an overall way of accomplishing an organization's goals. The e-Foundations course provides a way to widely disseminate a base understanding of Six Sigma to a large group over a short period of time. Presentation
Through fully narrated audio and engaging animations and interactions, participants are able to see examples of the entire DMAIC process at work. The course employs:

System requirements
This curriculum is delivered via the internet through a web browser. The participant's system will need to run Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher, the Adobe Flash plug-in version 8.0 or higher, and have a sound card and speakers to hear the audio.
